We have recently in the last 6 months switched to Greenbank Environmental to trade all our solar power and hot water STCs along with our hot water VEECs. The service they provide and quick turnaround payments are great for our business. Our account manager Kat Neale provides our business with great support and is always available to assist us as the retailer and our installers with anything needed. The back office staff are also great to deal with and if ever a compliance issue, it is quickly resolved with what is needed to get the rebate claims paid .
